Breakfast is great. They have a really great breakfast setup. If only the pool was working this visit would have been completely awesome.

I can't complain the staff was great the room was fantastic everything in my room was perfect everything worked great no issues at all I rarely eat breakfast at hotels but I did this morning and it was great as well

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Our room was spotless, the bed was so cozy and their morning breakfast was great! We even had the pleasure of meeting the new GM, Gwen, and she was so professional, kind and accommodating. We also travel with our dogs so at times it can be stressful but our whole little family felt right at home and so welcome here.

The front desk clerk Nicky made for sure we were very welcomed as we checked in, she had a wonderful smile and quick to get us checked in to start our mini vacation. Awesome 2bdrm suite, highly recommended.

So the good and the bad for this one. - The good is that the staff is nice and friendly. Mostly front desk staff are outstanding. Some of the house keepers were kinda distant, but no biggie. I had a wonderful conversation with the night auditor. She was amazing and from my original neck of the woods. - Some of the bad. With the good you have to give the bad. And I am not totally knocking there score for this. Flat out the internet sucks at this location. It is almost non-existent after 9pm. Even google has a hard time. As for any streaming service, forget it. I did not see a single house-keeper my whole weeks visit. Nor was it ever communicated to me how to request it. I had to go a whole week on 2 towels and 1 roll of bathroom paper. The girl who checked me in never communicated these things or even recognized I was a titanium member. I had a room next to the pool on the second floor. I heard no less than a dozen car locks every night, maybe it was mine.... my key fab is not so great anymore. But I heard constant conversations from next to the pool. Those people were easy to eaves drop on. They were fairly loud. Oh, and my king size bed only had 3 pillows. Some points to take away... the beds are very comfy. At least mine was. The room was clean. I like my rooms cold, and that can easily be attained. I didn't experience any fungus / mold in my shower as some have stated. Having a full kitchen is also a major benefit. Overall my stay was comfortable.

We stayed at this chain the other night for the very first time on a cross country trip and were pleasantly surprised. We found the room bright and pleasant, a great layout and good AC. Room was clean, bed was comfortable & they allow pets. Only issues was room smelled like Chinese takeout and water never got hot. Breakfast was good and even though we never asked, apparently they have gluten free options which we have never seen at any hotel ever! Would definitely stay again.

I had to go to the front desk. First 9 days, They didn't come empty my trash for 4 days. I alert the front desk who puts me down for a full clean...I get in and they didn't even clean the toilet. There is still a ring around the bowl. Day 2, came 2 days in a row and made my bed and changed. This is the service I am used to, someone was slacking off. The rooms are nice. Free breakfast is a plus.

I stayed here for appx a month, the staff is really wonderful, they went above and beyond helping us. We paid by the day and if it was over booked the night before she get us to pay really fast! There always clean and accommodating! Breakfast is always different but has two choices of meat (either a sandwich w bacon & sausage & or bacon vise versa) House keeping is really sweet after staying awhile they treated us like family and always gave my 2 yro a lot of patients and love <3 11 out of 10!
